Ashis Paul has accompanied musicians like
Parthapratim Chatterjee, Partho Sarathy, Kala Ramnath,
Purbayan Chatterjee , Dr.Asit Dey,Shantanu Bhattacharjee, Pratyush
Banerjee and others. He has performed in many of the
reputed musical conferances of of India, like in
Calcutta(Ballygunge Moitraiyee, Sangit Piyasi),
Bombay (Kal ki Kalakar, Bhatkhande Sangit Mohatsav),
Indore(Sangit Samaroha), Surat Conference, Gujrat,
Bangalore(Sur Sagar, Stat Phys Festival). In the
year 2001 he represented India to accompany Shree
Purbayan Chatterjee in a tour organized by the Indian
High Commission in Bangladesh as Part of the cultural exchange programme. In 2002 he toured Germany and
Austria to perform with Shri Parthapratim Cahtterjee. In
2004 he had the honor of participating in the north Sea
Jazz Festival held in Cape Town, South Africa as a
member of the First ever Indo-African Fusion band
called RAGA-AFRIKA.
